1. Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days from the date of order placement.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During launches, sales, festive periods, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Within India
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery timeline:
Metro cities: 3–6 business days
Non-metro cities: 5–8 business days
Remote locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, location, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping on select orders, promotional campaigns, or above a minimum order value. Any such offer will be clearly mentioned on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are accurate and complete.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable phone number, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Please do not accept a package if it appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
8. Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Nona & Nino is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, wrong phone numbers, or incorrect pin codes.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping details. Once the order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
9. International Shipping
At this time, we may not offer international shipping unless specifically mentioned on the website.

10. Order Not Delivered
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeline, please contact us with your order number.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and share an update as soon as possible.
