How do I choose the right size?
We recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us on WhatsApp with your child’s age and height, and we’ll be happy to help you choose the best fit.
Do your styles run true to size?
Most of our styles are designed to fit true to size as per Indian sizes, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page. If a style has a more relaxed or structured fit, we will mention it in the product details.
How should I care for the garments?
We recommend gentle care for all our pieces. Specific wash and care instructions are mentioned on each product page. In general:
- Gentle cold wash/room temperature recommended. Avoid washing with hot water.
- Do not use harsh bleach / soaping powders / chemicals.
- Iron on low heat if needed.
- Dry in shade if possible.
Will the product color look exactly the same in real life?
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on your location. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout or in our shipping policy.
Do you accept returns?
Currently we are not accepting returns, although we may consider some returns on case to case basis. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Do you offer exchanges?
