Exchange & Return Policy 

We are a premium brand with limited runs, and each piece is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

Exchanges (Allowed)

We offer size exchanges (and style exchanges where feasible), subject to stock availability.

Exchange request window
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Exchange eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • in original condition with tags intact

  • returned with original packaging

  • free from perfume/deodorant stains, marks, damage, or alterations

How to request an exchange
Please contact us directly on WhatsApp [your number] within 3 days of delivery with:

  • order number

  • product name and size

  • requested size/style

  • clear photos of the item and tags

Exchange approval & dispatch
Once approved, the exchanged item will be dispatched after the original item is received and passes a quality check.

No store credit
We do not offer store credit. Exchanges are subject to availability only.

If your requested size is unavailable
If the requested size/style is not available, the exchange may not be possible. We recommend contacting us quickly within the 3-day window to confirm availability.

Returns (Not Generally Accepted)

We do not accept returns as a standard practice.

However, returns may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • a manufacturing defect

  • a wrong item received

  • the item received is damaged in transit

Important: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos (including an unboxing video where possible). If approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

Not eligible for exchange/return

Exchange/return will not be accepted if:

  • the product is used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • tags are missing, removed, or tampered with

  • the request is raised after the allowed window

  • the issue is due to slight color variation caused by lighting/screen differences

  • the product shows signs of wear, stains, or fragrance


Cancellation Policy — Nonna & Nino

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
